Android app · Personal inventory
Your inventory, organized and encrypted on your own phone.
WTI is a digital notebook for keeping track of what you stored, which box it's in, and where — no spreadsheet, no cloud account, and no one but you ever sees that information.
ON-DEVICE ONLYWhat it solves
If you've ever packed something into a box labeled "misc" and had no idea what was in it months later, WTI exists for that. Every item is tied to a numbered box, a location, and, if you want, a photo — so finding something takes seconds, not an afternoon digging through the garage.
Numbered, located boxes
Create boxes with a name, number, and location. Every item you add is linked to the box it lives in.
Photos per item
Attach one or more photos to any box or item so you recognize it at a glance instead of guessing from a name.
Advanced search
Search by name, model, description, or location. Advanced search also looks through what's inside each box.
Loan tracking
Mark an item as loaned out, who has it, and since when — then log it as returned once it's back.
Disposal history
When an item is given away, recycled, repaired, or replaced, it's logged with the reason — it doesn't just vanish.
Backups on your terms
Export an encrypted backup (.zip) whenever you want and keep it wherever you choose. Restoring it is just as direct.
Built to stay on your phone
WTI has no server, doesn't ask for an email or password for any online account, and doesn't need an internet connection to work. Everything you log stays encrypted in your device's storage.
Your inventory and photos are encrypted with AES-256. Your username, password, and encryption key are kept in the operating system's secure storage (Android Keystore) — the same mechanism banking apps use.
